Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls are savory, cheesy bites combining spicy sausage and sharp cheddar, perfect as a party appetizer or snack.

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
