A Delicious Display: Bundt Pan Nachos

These Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun and delicious way to serve a crowd! Layers of crispy tortilla chips are piled high with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and follow package directions, adding water if needed.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes and green chiles.
  5. Grease a Bundt pan.
  6. Layer tortilla chips, meat mixture, and cheese in the Bundt pan, repeating layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving platter.
  9. Top with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a layer of queso or shredded lettuce before adding the toppings.
