  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Large Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Finely Diced Onion
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickle Relish
  • 4 slices American Cheese, halved
  • Big Mac Sauce (recipe below)

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
  3. Warm the tortillas lightly in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Top with ground beef, lettuce, onion, pickle relish, and 2 halves of American cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a toasted wrap, grill the assembled wrap for a minute or two on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
