Boursin Cheese is a creamy, herb-infused soft cheese perfect for spreading on crackers or adding rich flavor to appetizers and snacks.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz garlic and herb Boursin cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Boursin cheese until smooth.
  2. Fold in chopped parsley, chives, and dill until evenly distributed.
  3. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer mixture to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve spread on crackers, fresh bread, or as a flavorful dip for vegetables.

Notes

For a festive touch, roll the cheese mixture into a ball and coat with chopped nuts or additional herbs before chilling.
