BBQ Sausage Bites are a flavorful, bite-sized appetizer perfect for parties or snacks, combining smoky sausage with a tangy barbecue glaze.

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the browned sausage and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and sausages are heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes
