  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped pecans or parsley, for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeño, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
