  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted coconut oil until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
  5. Sprinkle chopped dates and almonds evenly over the crust.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
